  • Just introduced for RHF55 turbos; the Six Star Speed Hybrid Ball/Journal Bearing Upgrade.  This system replaces the compressor side journal bearing with a super precision angular contact ceramic hybrid ball bearing.  The same bearing used in our XR turbos.  The single angular contact bearing also takes up thrust in one direction so the OEM thrust bearing is retained as well as the turbine side journal bearing.  The result is the virtual elimination of radial shaft movement, increased response and dramatically increased durability.  The long wearing hybrid ceramic ball bearing requires almost no lubrication thus reducing critical oil requirements for the turbo.  Axial shaft play is also reduced extending the life of turbine seals.  We are now able to offer this unique and superior upgrade at a price level almost anyone can afford as an add on to upgrading the turbo. We have four compressor wheel configurations each with their own performance benefits. The Stage Zero includes our high performance rebuild with OEM cast wheel which restores and extends the performance of the stock turbo.  All upgrades from the Stage 1 Plus require compressor housing machine work to fit the larger wheels.  The large capacity 56 mm turbine is optional for Stage I and II builds, standard on Stage III.
  • The Stage One  billet wheel upgraded features a 7/7 blade configuration tall blades, smaller hub and 65 mm extended tips for an over 12% flow increase.  No modifications to the compressor housing are necessary.
      
  • The Stage One Plus  billet wheel upgraded features a 7/7 blade configuration with a larger trim tall blades, smaller hub and 65 mm extended tips for an over 15% flow increase.
     
  • The Stage Two upgrade features a larger 62 mm exducer with 67 mm extended tips, a large 49.6 mm inducer (64 trim) smaller hub and a 7/7 high blade configuration with a capacity of over 44 lb/min.  We call this our "Time Attack" Compressor wheel and is the largest legal inducer for time attack street class.

  • The Stage Three upgrade features our big volume 65 mm exducer billet compressor wheel with 70 mm extended tips, a large 65 trim innducer and a capacity of over 50 lb/min.  This compressor wheel has a very wide map and combined with the starndard 56 mm turbine offers a 350-370+ WHP capacity with amazing low end response on 2.5 liter motors.

  • All Stage builds are available for outright purchase.  You must select the turbocharger type which will indicate the applicable core charge.  Outright purchase will add 1-2 weeks to shipping time depending on availability.
